You can prepare it in a few minutes. While you boil the eggs, you can chop the veggies on a chopping board.

Use lemon juice for extra flavor and mustard for seasoning the bacon.

Eat row foods as possible, in winter time you have to eat pickled vegetables. Here is why you should eat pickled veggies. 

  • Full with C vitamin – sailors did eat it on long trips in the past.
  • Easy to digest
  • Full of enzymes for your colon
  •  Keeps your intestinal flora in good shape – here is the biggest part of your immune system.
